Job summary

RED Mountain Resort is seeking Rental Technicians for the 2026/27 Winter Season. The role focuses on outfitting guests with the right ski/snowboard gear based on their ability and style, while ensuring safety and a fun guest experience.

Responsibilities include processing rentals, maintaining safety, and providing knowledgeable guidance on equipment and bindings. Training for binding certification is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have binding certification (training provided).
• Ski and/or snowboard product knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Knowledge of Red Mountain Resort and Rossland is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently guide customers through the rental process.
• Ensure rental agreements are completed to meet legal requirements.
• Create a professional, positive impression for beginners and experienced guests.
• Maintain an orderly, safe and fun environment.
• Be knowledgeable about all Red Mountain rental equipment and its proper use.
• Explain how to operate bindings to guests.
• Address guests’ questions and concerns.
