Job summary

Revelstoke Mountain Resort is seeking a Repairs Technician for the Winter 26/27 season to perform ski and snowboard repairs, complete tuning, and safety inspections. You will use hand tools and machines, mount bindings, test releases, and ensure a high-quality finish for guests and staff.

The role requires physical capability, teamwork, and the ability to work onsite at Revelstoke, BC, with a focus on safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in ski and board repair operations.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance to skis and boards using hand tools and machines to provide the best possible finish product.
• Mount bindings on skis and boards.
• Test binding release and record.
• Provide information to guests on services available with the best solutions.
• Maintain the facility in a clean and safe manner.
• Perform regular maintenance on the machinery and tools.
