Job summary

St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg is seeking a Scheduling Assistant to support staffing across clinical units on a 24-hour basis. You will assist with scheduling and related functions under the Manager, Staff Scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage.

The role requires Grade 12, experience with ESP or similar system, proficiency in Excel, and strong customer service. Shift is days and weekends, in-person work.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience with ESP or another staffing system.
• Customer service experience with in-person/phone contacts.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and with Excel.
• Preference given to prior staff scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical units with scheduling and related functions to ensure 24‑hour staffing.
• Support staffing levels and perform duties as assigned by the Manager, Staff Scheduling.
• Provide timely and accurate scheduling information and communicate with units.
