Winnipeg Regional Health Authority in Winnipeg is seeking a Scheduling Assistant in the SBH Staff Scheduling unit. You will assist clinical units with scheduling and related functions to maintain adequate staffing on a 24-hour basis, under the guidance of the Manager.
The ideal candidate has Grade 12 or equivalent, at least one year of ESP or similar staffing system experience, Excel proficiency and strong customer service skills in fast-paced settings.

Under the general direction of the Manager, Staff Scheduling and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital (SBH), the Sheduling Assistant is responsible for: assisting clinical units and departments with scheduling and related functions in support of sufficient staffing levels on a 24-hour basis; and performing other related duties as assigned.
**Note: Preference will be given to those candidates with previous staff scheduling experience.
