Job summary

Get Well Family Health Team is seeking a highly organized Project Manager (1 year contract) to support the management team in developing, coordinating, and leading medical and digital projects. The role requires collaboration with physicians, nurses, and administrators to drive initiatives in a dynamic health environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of project management experience in healthcare, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
• 2-3 years progressive project management experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Analytical skills to develop metrics and performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate policies, procedures, and schedules for the organization and affiliates.
• Prepare reports, briefs, and summaries for the company and affiliates.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships within the organization, external partners, and wider health system.
• Provide leadership and lead complex multi-year projects; assess risks in planning and development.
• Document processes and procedures; apply for funds and grants.
• Meet with staff and stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
