Job summary

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is seeking a highly experienced Assistant Project Manager to support and coordinate enterprise healthcare IT initiatives, infrastructure deployments, and system implementations. The role requires independently coordinating complex IT projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment across IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

2–5 years in IT project coordination or project support roles.
Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure or systems implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software and network infrastructure.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end activities across multiple concurrent IT projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, timelines and milestones.
Maintain project trackers, risk logs, issue logs and action registers.
Prepare and distribute project status reports and executive summaries.
Coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes and follow up on actions.
Support IT infrastructure implementations, system upgrades and deployments.
Facilitate communication between IT teams, vendors, leadership and stakeholders.
Track deliverables and ensure alignment with timelines.
Document technical configurations and implementation artifacts.
Support governance, reporting and change management processes.
Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies.
Travel to support deployment and coordination activities.
