Job summary
Spectrum Health Care is seeking a hands-on Project Manager, Digital and Enterprise Solutions to drive cross-functional initiatives from launch to post-launch. You will manage critical paths, track budgets, and maintain project documentation while engaging stakeholders to deliver results.
The role requires PMP or PRINCE2 certification and experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies, plus tools like Asana, Jira, Monday.com or MS Project. Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years' experience in project management in health services.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required; change management or Agile credentials are assets.
- Experience with PHIPA, PIPEDA, ITIL, ISO and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex, multi-departmental initiatives from launch through implementation and post-launch.
- Direct daily project activities and coordinate the project team to meet needs and expectations.
- Maintain delivery methodology and update Gantt charts, sprint backlogs, and schedules.
- Maintain project documentation through all lifecycle stages.
- Track budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Provide regular updates to leadership through reports and presentations.
- Adhere to safety and ethical practices and understand division services to align dependencies.
