Job summary

Altis Technology in Toronto, ON seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of large healthcare IT initiatives within a transformative technology program. You will ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget while aligning with program objectives.

Reporting to a Program Director, you will collaborate with diverse teams and drive governance, risk management and stakeholder communications across multiple projects. This 2-year contract offers direct hire potential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large, complex healthcare IT projects.
• PMP designation or Masters Certificate in Project Management.
• Healthcare IT experience and cross-technology delivery preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects through initiation, planning, execution and closure (budgets $3M+).
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets and reporting.
• Coordinate dependencies across projects to align with program objectives.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks and stakeholders.
• Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus.
• Prepare and deliver executive reports, requirements documentation and updates.
