Job summary

ChangeMakers is seeking a seasoned Project Manager, Health, on a 6-month contract. You will oversee health-related projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating internal teams and external vendors while tracking budgets and timelines to ensure quality outcomes.

You bring 4–6 years of project management in marketing or creative settings, exceptional organization, and strong communication. You’ll lead weekly reviews and drive risk mitigation while aligning with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience in marketing or creative environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication.
• Ability to work in a team and independently to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• Ability to quickly learn detailed processes and follow step-by-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects within your assigned portfolio from initiation to completion.
• Define, document, and communicate project scopes of work.
• Develop, track, and maintain project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage internal resources and external vendors.
• Drive projects forward to meet deliverables on time and within scope.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with stakeholders, managing expectations and updates.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
• Lead weekly status calls and budget reviews with key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
