Qualifications

Minimum of five years leadership experience in similar or identical field.
Minimum of five years relevant third-party sales and business development experience (disability management, insurance, rehabilitation, etc.).
Healthcare knowledge required to develop new business lines; Regulated Health Professional with business skills is ideal.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities across healthcare, rehabilitation and related sectors to grow programs and services.
Lead development of new programs, services and partnerships addressing real healthcare challenges.
Build partnerships with employers, insurers, and healthcare organizations to advance shared goals and outcomes.
Drive end-to-end business development from opportunity identification to contract acquisition and implementation.
Act as a trusted ambassador for THP and IHS to promote collaboration and innovation.
