Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Business Solutions Manager for the Medical Assessment Division. This permanent hybrid role, based in Brampton or North York, partners with Technology & Analytics to align business priorities with technology delivery and measurable value.

You will shape roadmaps, oversee delivery across product, platform, operations, data, security, and architecture, and drive adoption of solutions with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business technology, IT business partnership, business solutions, technology delivery, program management, or a related field.
• Strong business relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and translate operational needs into clear technology priorities.
• Experience developing or contributing to business technology roadmaps, including prioritization, sequencing, and alignment to strategic objectives.
• Proven ability to provide delivery oversight across cross-functional teams, ensuring risks, dependencies, commitments, and outcomes are actively managed.
• Comfort working across product, platform, operations, data, security, architecture, and business teams to shape practical and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership and Roadmap Planning: Build trusted relationships with business leaders and translate strategies into a measurable technology roadmap.
• Solution Development and Delivery Oversight: Translate needs into practical options and oversee cross-functional delivery.
