Job summary

Infrastructure Ontario seeks a seasoned professional to manage the procurement and implementation of major healthcare projects through Public-Private Partnerships and related models. You will lead stakeholder relations, develop risk mitigations, and guide projects from pre-transaction to operation.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience managing major, complex healthcare projects from Transaction through to Construction stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement and implementation of major healthcare projects through P3 and other approved models.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify issues related to staging, procurement, approvals and commercial matters.
• Develop and implement risk identification and mitigation measures specific to commercial issues.
• Oversee projects from Pre-transaction through RFQ/RFP, construction, commissioning to final transfer to operations.
• Provide commercial advice on contracts and develop commercial strategy for project execution.
• Provide commercial support and liaise with the technical team during planning, procurement, design and construction.
