Job summary

Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care in Ontario is seeking a full-time Health System Integration Coordinator to support the implementation of integration initiatives, coordinate activities, maintain progress, and facilitate collaboration with regional service providers. The role is hybrid, with in-office and remote work at Midland sites.

The position involves preparing reports for senior leaders, monitoring milestones, and ensuring alignment with funding requirements while building strong

Qualifications

• A university degree in healthcare, business, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting projects, programs, or organizational initiatives.
• Preference will be given to those with health system design and implementation experience.
• Results oriented work ethic to work independently and deliver quality results.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Preference for proficiency in French/English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assisting in the development of reports including progress metrics and presentations to leaders and sponsors.
• Providing timely status information to senior leaders, sponsors, stakeholders and teams.
• Taking action to keep projects on track with scope and schedule.
• Co-developing communication and marketing materials to advance objectives.
• Supporting partner governance and leadership tables and collaborations.
