Job summary

ATCO Energy Systems is seeking a Health and Safety Programs Advisor to support OHS initiatives across the Calgary/Edmonton operations. You will collaborate with multiple functions to strengthen health and safety programs, systems, and standards, and offer expert guidance on OHS requirements and best practices.

You will lead incident investigations, assist in injury management and modified work plans, and contribute to continuous improvement of the Health and Safety Management System through

Qualifications

• CRSP or recognized OHS designation required.
• 5–7 years in a corporate health and safety role.
• Experience developing Occupational Health and Safety Programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the Health and Safety Management System.
• Identify and evaluate H&S risks with key stakeholders.
• Lead incident investigations and support injury management.
• Support audits and contractor management processes.
• Provide OHS expertise and training material development.
