Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in health and safety or construction.
  • Experience in heavy civil, earthworks, utilities or pipelines is asset.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of COR requirements and Alberta OHS legislation is asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administration across health, safety, environmental programs.
  • Maintain safety records and documentation including training records, orientations, inspections, incident reports, COR docs.
  • Coordinate and track employee certifications, safety training, and compliance.
  • Assist onboarding and prepare orientation packages; maintain personnel records.
  • Support project teams with safety documents, reports; prepare monthly statistics and summaries.
  • Maintain filing systems; assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
