The Aquatics Supervisor shares responsibility for ensuring service excellence in all Aquatic Program spaces and assists in the supervision and safe operation of these programs and spaces; ensuring the YMCA of Greater Toronto regulations, National YMCA standards, Provincial Standards (health regulation 565) and SAM expectations are met.
They also provide direct leadership to programs and services that include: Child, Youth and Adult YMCA Learn to Swim Program, Youth Leadership and Adult programming. The position supervises Aquatic Lifeguards/Instructors, conducting new staff orientations, and helps to organize and facilitate staff trainings.
