We are hiring a Business Services Team Manager to oversee travel, logistics, event planning, scheduling, expense policies, and administration. This executive role demands excellent coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and management skills in a fast-paced tech environment.
The team manages large-scale company events involving travel for hundreds from 80+ countries, held quarterly. Responsibilities include travel procurement, logistics, visa handling, and safety management, requiring a rigorous, ethical approach. The team also reviews expense claims to ensure fairness and transparency, managing significant operational costs and tactical decisions. Additionally, they provide 'EA'-like services for company leaders, scheduling meetings, coordinating reports, approvals, and small projects.
Location: Worldwide, home-based, with exceptions where offices exist (London, Taipei, Beijing).
