Prophix Software Inc. is seeking a Manager of Product Training & Enablement to shape how employees and customers learn, delivering learning programs aligned to business goals and embracing AI-enabled methods.

You will design strategy, partner with stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions while building scalable content and leveraging new learning technologies. This role offers leadership of a small team and cross-regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning and development with impact.
• Experience with instructional design for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on with learning technologies (Skilljar, 360 Learning) to create engaging learning experiences.
• Strong analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Comfort using AI tools to drive efficiency and improvement.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.
• Legally entitled to work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Design and own a comprehensive learning strategy aligned to goals.
• Identify product learning needs and roadmap training programs.
• Apply instructional design to develop solutions for hires, employees, and customers.
• Facilitate product training sessions virtually and in person.
• Create and maintain training content, live demos, and job aids.
• Integrate learning technologies to enhance delivery and engagement.
• Define, track, and report success metrics for learning initiatives.
• Lead and coach a small team of Learning Specialists.
