As the Manager of Product Training & Enablement, you will shape how Prophix’s employees and customers learn, designing and delivering product training solutions that build capability and drive performance. You'll work closely with stakeholders across specific business units, new hires, and customers to build learning programs that are engaging, measurable, and aligned to where the business is headed. This is a role for someone who believes great learning experiences can change outcomes and wants the ownership to prove it.

What You Will Do

• Design and own a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns training programs for customers and Customer Experience employees to Prophix’s goals and business priorities

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify product learning needs, define priorities, and build the roadmap for impactful training programs
• Apply instructional design methodologies to develop effective learning solutions tailored to the distinct needs of new hires, existing Phixers, and customers
• Personally facilitate product training sessions, both virtually and in person, for internal teams and customers, bringing subject matter expertise and engaging delivery to every session
• Build and maintain training content including course materials, live demonstrations, and job aids, developing and sustaining deep Prophix product knowledge to ensure everything you create is accurate, practical, and high-impact
• Integrate innovative learning technologies to elevate the delivery, engagement, and accessibility of learning experiences.
• Define, track, and report on success metrics for all learning initiatives, using data to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement
• Lead and coach a small team of Learning Specialists and Content Specialists fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality program execution
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, with a focus on the evolving role of AI in L&D, bringing fresh thinking into your strategies and programs
• Embed AI-powered tools and workflows across the learning function to personalize learning paths, accelerate content creation, data analysis, and enhance learning delivery and engagement.
• Champion a culture of learning and collaboration across internal teams, ensuring all programming reflect Prophix’s DEI principles and relevant compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering impactful learning solutions
• Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies and the ability to customize them for diverse audiences — including customers, new hires, and tenured employees
• Hands-on experience with learning technologies (example Skilljar, or 360 Learning) and a genuine interest in using them to create engaging, modern learning experiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure program effectiveness and translate data into meaningful improvements
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and align across teams and business units
• Comfortable using AI tools to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with confidence facilitating learning experiences for varied audiences
• Naturally curious and proactive mindset — someone who challenges the status quo and continuously seeks better ways to meet the needs of a growing global organization
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
• Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
• Able to learn new tools and adapt as technology and workflows evolve.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in adult learning, facilitation, or instructional design
• Experience developing customer-facing training programs within a B2B SaaS environment
• Familiarity with cutting-edge learning technologies and a track record of integrating them into scalable learning programs
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of learning professionals
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a learning roadmap that connects directly to business outcomes and organizational priorities

What Success Looks Like

• 30 days: You know our platform, our customers, and how your team operates. You’ve completed onboarding and are contributing to live work.
• 90 days: You’re working independently, owning deliverables end to end, and building relationships across functions and regions.
• 6 months: Your fingerprints are on something real. You’ve improved a process, shipped something meaningful, or earned a seat at the table on a decision that matters.

Compensation

The total target compensation for this role is $110,000 CAD to $120,000 CAD, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
