Job summary

Prophix is seeking a Manager of Product Training & Enablement to shape learning programs that empower customers and internal teams. You will design comprehensive training strategies, partner with stakeholders, and deliver engaging product sessions both online and in person.

You will drive content creation, deploy AI-enabled learning workflows, and measure impact to continually improve outcomes across a growing global organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development with a track record of designing and delivering impactful learning solutions.
• Strong grasp of instructional design methodologies and tailoring them for customers, new hires, and tenured staff.
• Hands-on experience with learning technologies (Skilljar or 360 Learning) to craft engaging learning experiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across teams and regions.
• Comfort using AI tools to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Legally entitled to work in the country.
• Curious, proactive, and collaborative with AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and own a comprehensive learning strategy aligned to Prophix goals and business priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify product learning needs and build a roadmap for training programs.
• Apply instructional design methods to create tailored learning solutions for new hires, staff, and customers.
• Facilitate product training sessions virtually and in person with engaging delivery.
• Create and maintain training content, demos, and job aids with deep product knowledge.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery, engagement, and accessibility.
• Define and report success metrics to evaluate impact and drive improvements.
• Lead and mentor a small team of Learning Specialists and Content Specialists.
