Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive technology experience.
• At least 5 years leading technology teams and services.
• Experience managing business applications and technology portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Technology professionals across Refining, Supply, Planning & Trading, Engineering, Procurement, and Capital Portfolio functions.
• Translate business priorities into technology plans, investments, and solutions; manage change and adoption.
• Oversee delivery of applications and technology services per enterprise policies, standards, and governance.
• Manage vendor relationships, cybersecurity, and service performance.
• Lead portfolio delivery, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and value realization.
• Develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing team with talent management.
