Irving Oil in Canada seeks a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to shape and deliver market-competitive pension and benefits programs that elevate the employee experience.

You will lead reviews, analytics, and program rollouts, driving continuous improvement while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance across all plans. This role emphasizes collaboration with HR, business, and technology teams to optimize systems and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, analytics or related field required.
• 5+ years in Benefits/Pension Administration, HR analytics or HR operations.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for employee benefits and pension programs.
• Review benefits programs with cost/benefit analysis in mind.
• Evaluate program effectiveness against market trends and demographics.
• Support data analysis, stewardship, and program rollouts.
• Lead large Total Rewards projects improving end-to-end employee experience.
• Drive improvements by identifying inefficiencies and new delivery models.
• Develop clear communication strategies to explain benefits.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and policy adherence across programs.
