Bevy Commerce, a leading ecommerce agency, seeks a Director of Growth – Marketing Services to own the growth of Bevy Commerce’s digital marketing business. Your mandate is to generate new opportunities, develop relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term client engagements while collaborating with sales, marketing, developers, and leadership.

This role emphasizes strategy over execution, with 80–90% focus on outbound, partnerships, events, referrals, audits, and demand generation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, ecommerce, agency growth, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience generating or closing new business for an agency or consultancy.
• Experience owning revenue, growth, or pipeline targets.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for growing Bevy’s digital marketing portfolio.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Develop outbound, referral, partnership, event, and demand-generation strategies.
• Identify new industries, client profiles, offers, and channels.
• Lead discovery calls, audits, and proposals with prospective clients.
