You will lead in-house experts and external agencies, align cross-channel strategies, and partner with channel leads to maximize pipeline velocity and capital efficiency in a global growth engine.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of leadership in digital growth marketing or strategy within Enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven analytics authority with GA4, CRM/BI platforms, and funnel metrics.
• Expertise in modern enterprise SEO and AEO with AI discovery.
• Experience managing in-house specialists and external agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Growth Analytics Authority: lead cross-functional performance frameworks for Global Growth Marketing.
• Account-Based Funnel Metrics: track and optimize full-funnel metrics and pipeline impact.
• Executive Dashboarding: build dashboards translating data into growth recommendations for leaders.
• Cross-Channel Optimization: identify bottlenecks and improve marketing productivity across channels.
• SEO & AEO Strategy: own visibility, content discovery, and keyword taxonomy for enterprise search.
