Job summary

Ratehub.ca is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function on a 12-month contract. You will set strategy across paid, brand, content, PR, social, email, and cross-sell, partnering with Mortgages, Insurance, and Everyday Banking teams.

You will build a high-performing team, allocate budgets, and drive growth through integrated campaigns, data-driven insights, and customer lifecycle optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with leadership of multiple marketing functions.
• Senior marketing leadership experience in tech/fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of developing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing strategy across brand, acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell.
• Set KPIs and targets, and drive revenue growth with BU leaders.
• Oversee content, GEO, PR, social, email, and paid media initiatives.
• Manage budget and lead a high-performing marketing team.
