Scotiabank seeks a seasoned leader to design and deliver executive leadership development solutions that align with our leadership strategy and business outcomes. You will oversee multi-year strategies, research innovative approaches, and drive ROI across programs for all leadership levels.

You will collaborate with Talent Strategy COE, HR partners, and executives, shaping curricula that support succession planning and enterprise capability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development or talent management in a global organization.
• Post-secondary Degree or Masters in Human Resources or Business or related field.
• Deep understanding of bank policies and procedures and strong executive exposure.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Strong influencing, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements a multi-year leadership development strategy aligned with Scotiabank’s objectives.
• Leads design and delivery of executive development programs including coaching and assessments.
• Ensures curriculum supports enterprise leadership succession planning and leadership experience.
• As SME on executive development, conducts research on best practices and innovations.
• Evaluates ROI and impact of programs across content, delivery, and cost.
• Guides Executive Leadership Development team on vendor management, budget, and logistics.
• Partners with Talent Strategy COE, HR Partners, and stakeholders to align talent needs with business goals.
• Fosters a customer-focused culture and deepens client relationships within Bank networks.
• Ensures risk and compliance considerations are integrated into day-to-day activities.
• Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy with succession planning.
