Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods is seeking a senior leader to design and scale enterprise leadership development programs that align with business priorities and Maple Leaf Leadership Values. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to build a future-ready talent pipeline, translating strategy into measurable capability growth.

You will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs, embedding DEI, and leveraging tools like 360 assessments and AI-enabled coaching to drive impact and leadership

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and facilitate enterprise leadership programs with measurable impact.
• Ability to align learning to KPIs and talent outcomes (pipeline strength, readiness, mobility).
• Expertise in adult learning and instructional design (ADDIE/SAM), evaluation (Kirkpatrick), and learning analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define the leadership development strategy and pathways for leaders; translate goals into roadmaps.
• Embed core leadership capabilities across programs and adopt tools like 360s and AI-enabled coaching.
• Design and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual programs that drive behavior change and performance.
• Drive end-to-end curriculum design and execution for enterprise-wide talent development programs.
• Integrate DEI principles into pathways, making equity a differentiator for performance and innovation.
• Partner with SMEs, vendors, and HRBPs; manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Establish success metrics and use data to continuously improve programs (Levels 1–4).
• Apply 70-20-10, social learning, and digital journeys to build capabilities.
