Job summary

Talent Harbour, based near Burnaby, BC, is seeking an experienced Client Services professional to own the client relationship from onboarding to ongoing delivery. You will ensure a flawless start, address needs with urgency, and coordinate with recruiters, consultants, and coaches to connect clients with the right resource.

You will proactively look for growth opportunities, manage invoicing and CRM records, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to expand engagements across our services.

Qualifications

• The role requires 3+ years in client-facing or account management.
• Experience servicing HR or operations buyers is preferred.
• Track record of growing or expanding accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own client experience from onboarding through ongoing service delivery.
• Coordinate with recruiters, consultants, and coaches to align resources.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagements across services.
• Manage invoicing, AR coordination, and CRM maintenance.
