Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, social media, or related services roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline strongly preferred.
• Experience with inter-agency teams (IATs) and cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on experience with social platforms and influencer marketing best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tactical workstreams and review junior staff work.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day creator and client communication across assigned workstreams, driving tactical execution and ensuring deliverables, reporting, and touchpoints are proactive, accurate, and on time
• Support and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, focusing on Micro and Mid-Tier talent, including influencer activation and community management
• Coordinate production and shoots, including creators, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Maintain and manage data entry for assigned creators, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission
• Support the development of wrap reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign insights
• Identify risks and dependencies to the manager with recommended solutions
