Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer role.
• Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned, tiers and segments.
• Strong understanding of influencers and social media landscape.
• Experience creating social media content and driving measurement efforts for social, digital or influencer program including benchmarks, engagement rates, data synthesis.
• Highly organized, with experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy across multiple influencer campaigns from one-off to long-term programs.
• Demonstrate creativity and conceptual thinking on client programs and projects.
• Coordinate integrated teams to ensure seamless activity (paid, PR, creative, social).
• Collaborate with influencers to produce engaging, authentic brand content.
• Manage day-to-day budgets within defined parameters and track spend.
• Maintain relationships with brands across various verticals.
• Lead and support the development of client presentations for leadership.
• Oversee teams and provide guidance to junior staff, with oversight from senior management.
• Drive campaigns through Viral Nation’s proprietary platform.
