Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking a Creator Relations Specialist in Canada to drive expansion of digital partnerships for our talent and brand clients. You will identify top creators, curate campaign-ready shortlists, and support onboarding while collaborating with Client Services to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

The role requires 1–2 years in influencer marketing or related fields, strong English communication, and solid organization to manage multiple campaigns and creators.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Representation, Business Development, or sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of social trends, creator economy, and social media metrics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet high performing creators/influencers for branded campaigns.
• Generate creator shortlists for campaigns and convert them into paid engagements.
• Onboard qualified creators and support campaign data for measurement and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Client Services to ensure campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.
• Negotiate and prepare proposals, agreements, and creator compensation structures.
