  • Develop tools and strategies, in collaboration with HR, to attract and retain top industry talent and develop high performing teams.
  • Lead and develop a team of talented underwriters to develop their full potential. Drive a culture that promotes AIG’s Purpose and Values as an integral part of our culture.
  • 15+ years of Accident and Health insurance expertise and leadership in Canada.
  • Deep expertise in A&H, expert technical underwriting background.
  • Knowledge of market segmentation, portfolio management, acquisition and distribution.
  • Proven strategic leadership skills in developing vision and purpose, driving for results and leading effective teams.
  • Motivational people leader adept at creating inclusive teams and developing talent.
  • Established strong relationships with customers and intermediaries.
