The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Sales Associate to provide fast, friendly service by actively engaging customers, assessing their needs, and guiding them to the right solutions for their projects. You will promote services and maintain knowledge of products across departments.

With a focus on customer service and teamwork, you will work a flexible schedule in a warehouse-like retail environment, often including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of retail or trade experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greets, engages, and assists customers to determine their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Promotes services such as Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services, etc., and how to recommend them.
• Escorts customers to appropriate merchandise and maintains knowledge of department products.
