Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is hiring a Sales Associate to provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking customers and assessing their needs. You will share knowledge about department products and guide customers to complete projects with related items and services.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, promoting services, and keeping areas stocked and organized in a busy retail environment. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail or trade experience is an asset.
• Able to lift and move items in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by greeting, engaging, and assessing their needs to offer solutions.
• Promote services and related items beyond the department where appropriate.
• Maintain stock, signage, and store cleanliness to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Provide fast, friendly service following the GET model (Greet, Engage, Thank).
