Job summary

You will greet, engage, and thank customers, maintain knowledge of department and adjacent products, and promote available services while contributing to a safe, organized store environment. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years Retail or Trade experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Customer Satisfaction by greeting, engaging, and thanking customers.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine needs and guide them to solutions.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services.
• Discuss available options (good/better/best) and suggest related items outside department.
• Educate customers about the whole project and related products.
• Maintain stock, signed displays, and a clean store environment.
