The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Sales Associate who delivers fast, friendly service by proactively engaging customers, assessing their needs, and guiding them to the right solutions for their projects. You’ll build product knowledge and help customers complete their purchases with confidence.

You’ll promote services like tool rental and installation, maintain store standards, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail or trade experience is an asset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Greet, engage, and thank every customer in the department.
• Assess customer needs and guide them to the right products.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, etc.
• Maintain stock, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
