GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to warmly welcome Members and Potential Members at the Club entrance, check-ins, and offer assistance throughout their visit.

You will act as a front desk expert, address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote memberships and club services to enhance the member experience. The role supports a positive, engaging atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior customer service skills; ability to understand and embrace company culture.
• Proficiency in the use of computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about services and machines.
• Handle calls from Members and potential Members; book appointments.
• Sell memberships, services, products and amenities as opportunities arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide an exceptional experience for Members and guests.
