Job summary

GoodLife Fitness in Calgary is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to greet members, check them in, and direct walk-ins. You will handle front desk inquiries, support members on the floor, and promote memberships and services while maintaining a welcoming, clean, and safe club environment.

This role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to build rapport with diverse people.

Qualifications

• CPR-AED Certification is required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior customer service skills with the ability to reflect company culture.
• Strong computer skills to manage member information and inquiries.
• Experience in customer service and sales is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members on arrival and check them in for workouts.
• Greet potential members and direct them to appropriate services.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and book appointments.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about equipment and services.
• Promote memberships, services, and amenities to Members and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete club tasks to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Attend monthly meetings and participate in required learning.
