Resource Responsibilities
- Provide support to technical teams and business clients through in-depth analysis.
- Maintain effective relationships with the business to discuss and resolve issues, understand current processes, and identify future needs for data and reporting support.
- Review, validate, and update requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Create, review, and maintain requirements traceability.
- Facilitate requirements review and obtain stakeholder signoff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Participate in daily SCRUMs, forums, demos, and working groups of varying scope and complexity.
- Work on reports and presentation materials.
- Provide input/feedback for Sprint planning.
- Fill SCRUM master role if required.
- Support all project phases with clarifications on requirements, process flows, system use cases, etc.
- Perform testing activities as per Sprint schedule.
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with Agile practices, including user story writing and acceptance criteria definition.
- Strong experience with Guidewire on-premise and Cloud systems, especially GW ClaimCenter.
- ClaimCenter Cloud certification with at least Analyst Associate level.
- Understanding of Guidewire implementation methodology.
- Ability to analyze broad areas and define high-level epics and stories through functional decomposition.
- Organize and prioritize business value in the Product Backlog.
- Write clear, concise user stories understandable by development teams.
- Identify related stories and epics, group into themes, and document relationships and workflows.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, and product development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for client requirements assessment and documentation.
- Conflict management, negotiation, and facilitation skills for issue resolution and escalation management.
