Job description

7+ years of experience as a business analyst preferably in a technically oriented environment and worked on technical assignments and / or projects

Lead and collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SME), stakeholders, business resources, Project Managers, other Business Analysts, and developers to ensure that solutions are thoroughly thought through and issues and risks are identified and resolved

Excellent communication skills and utilizes varying formats, methods, and styles for effective communication

Demonstrated ability and understanding of negotiation, conflict management and risk management skills

Consistently assesses the return on investment (cost / benefit) of software solutions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative-thinking skills

Solid understanding and work experience in Software Development Life Cycle

Demonstrated knowledge or experience with various analysis and techniques to write detailed specifications and requirements for software development

Experience with and uses various visual modelling techniques that is appropriate for the type and scope of the assignment

Understanding concepts in data modelling and relational database design

Experience analyzing data using SQL

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.

Ability to work independently, takes initiative, and exercise good judgement.
