Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Job Location: Toronto, ON (2 days/week onsite)

Employment Type: FTE

Duration: Long term

Key Technology: Cloud, Security, Voice, computer networks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interface with various partner client teams to analyze and determine best tactical and strategic approaches for the client infrastructure product.
• Participate in daily scrum with client team members to foster team relationships and understand various infrastructure initiatives and risks specific to client.
• Liaise with client teams and indirectly with auditors for audit remediation actions.
• Help represent client in design review, change management, and incident management processes.
• Engage vendor management and/or vendors as necessary to facilitate onboarding.
• Explore new technology opportunities alongside other members of the team and then play an active role in executing on these opportunities.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
  
  

Skills and Experience Required:

Required

• 10 years of technical work experience is required; depth and breadth in network, system, storage, workspace, voice, security, cloud is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a comfort level working with enterprise partners is a must while being part of our small team culture.
• The candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Project / Product /Program manager with technical project expertise and experience in writing business requirements.
• Infrastructure project experience with Cloud, Security, Voice, and computer networks.
• Convert business requirements into technical requirements.
• Able to identify what support teams and skills are required for each project.
• Prior experience with hedge funds or start up but can navigate the enterprise setup.
• Take ownership and accountability of projects and tasks.
• Drive on their own with minimal supervision.
