Position: Senior BSA with Azure

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in Azure, Databricks, Data Mapping, Pyspark, SQL, ETL, and Data Migration projects.

• Azure experience/certification preferred
• 5-7 years relevant experience
• Experience working in Agile methodologies is a plus
• Knowledge of ETL concepts and Cloud technology
• Hands-on experience with BSA artifacts: Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), System Requirements Specification (SRS)
• Strong understanding of data mapping, lineage, data validation
• Data classification and advanced SQL skills
