You will train Front Desk/Concierge personnel, manage reservations and PBX operations, and implement training programs in line with Aramark policies. The role emphasizes world-class service and safe operations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of personal computers.
• Experience in all facets of providing guest services.
• Ability to lead, motivate and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Preferably two years in hospitality services or similar.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
