The Job Resource Centre is seeking a Front of House Supervisor in Canmore to oversee daily FOH operations and ensure top-notch guest experiences. You will lead FOH staff, coordinate with the kitchen, and manage orders, payments, and inquiries with professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations during shifts.
• Supervise and support FOH staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure customers receive friendly, prompt and professional service.
• Manage customer orders, payments and questions, resolving issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Monitor online, takeout and delivery orders.
• Ensure the dining area, patio and front counter remain clean, organized and presentable.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and cash-out procedures.
• Monitor supplies and communicate when restocking is needed.
• Help train new employees and ensure staff follow company procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and know when to escalation issues to management.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and workplace safety standards.
