Job summary

Hotel Arts Group is seeking a banquet supervisor to lead setup, service, and breakdown for events in Calgary. You will ensure contractual requirements and service standards are met, while maintaining a strong floor presence and resolving guest issues in real time.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, a valid ProServe certificate, and a 5-class driver’s license. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years supervisory experience in food & beverage settings.
• Valid ProServe Certificate required.
• Must hold a valid 5 Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, service, execution and breakdown of banquet events to meet contractual requirements and Hotel Arts service standards.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, direct service in real time, and resolve guest issues professionally.
