Hours of Work: Variable, midweek nights, weekends, evenings, holidays

Rate: $19.80/hr

Term: December to End of March

Job Overview:

The Guest Services Supervisor manages the daily operations of the rental shop, cashier team, boutique, repair shop and Welcome Ambassadors. This role is responsible for supporting excellent customer service and effective staff management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision

• Oversee employees in the rental shop, repair shop, boutique, cashierteamand Welcome Ambassador team.
• Train and motivate employees to strengthen their skills and provide excellent guest experiences.
• Manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Communicate updates and relevant information to staff.
• Conduct staff evaluations, providefeedbackandidentifytraining needs to support employee development.

Operations Management

• Ensure smooth operations across the rental shop, cashier, boutique, repairshop and Welcome Ambassador areas.
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• A ccurately handle and balance cashier tills.
• Handle guest questions, concerns and requests.
• Promote excellent customer service by leading by example.
• Promote a safe work environment.
• Inspect and report hazards and incidents.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic office software.

• Must qualify for company vehicle insurance by being over the age of 25.
