Job summary

Ski Snow Valley 87 Ltd is seeking a Zipline Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Zipline Guides during the November–March season at Snow Valley, Canada. You will oversee safety, guest experience, gear checks, and course openings, while supporting hiring, scheduling, training and mentoring of staff.

Applicants must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, and bring supervisory experience plus comfort with heights and safety equipment. Windows/MS Office skills are required.

Rate: $22.75 – $24.85 /hr

Term: November to March

Job Overview:

The Zipline Supervisor leads an energetic and enthusiastic team of Zipline Guides to ensure daily operations run effectively. Responsibilities include ensuring guest expectations are met while maintaining a safe activity; ensuring daily gear and equipment inspections and course opening inspections are completed and documented; and participating in hiring, scheduling, training, and mentoring staff throughout the season.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Positive work ethic and self-motivation.
• Comfortable working at heights and with safety harnesses and related equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to deliver a consistently high standard of work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to guide and mentor staff and address performance shortfalls when they occur.
• Proficiencywith Windows and Microsoft applications.
• Previoussupervisory experience.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
