Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Guest Services Representative (Part-Time) to deliver exceptional customer service across the mall environment in Ottawa. This role handles inquiries by phone, email and in person, supports promotional events, and assists with gift card sales and retailer relations.

The candidate should be flexible with shifts, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Work is on-site with Friday–Sunday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and tenants.
• Sell mall gift cards and manage deposits, shift reports and gift-with-purchase items.
• Handle telephone, email and in-person inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing duties as directed by Guest Services Supervisor.
• Support marketing and on-site events per Marketing Director.
• Foster relationships with retailers and stay informed about promotions.
