Job summary

Spring Creek is hiring Guest Services Agents to handle reservations, payments, and check-ins for vacation rental properties in Canmore. You will greet guests on arrival, answer area questions, and maintain a welcoming office environment.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, strong computer skills, and a friendly phone manner. A mix of days, evenings, and weekends is required, with on-site accommodation available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• This role requires a pleasant phone manner and strong communication with guests.
• Good computer skills and ability to use property management software.
• Knowledge of the Canmore area is an asset and helpful for guest inquiries.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations by phone or email using WebRezPro.
• Process payments for guest stays and greet/check in guests on site.
• Answer questions about the area and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns in a timely, respectful manner.
• Respond to emergencies on site and keep the office tidy.
• Assist housekeeping when needed and perform shift reconciliations.
