Job summary

The Town of Canmore is seeking a casual Customer Experience Agent to support the Elevation Place and Canmore Recreation Centre. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person with a friendly and professional attitude, assist with membership sales, and contribute to daily front desk operations.

Two years of related experience and a high school diploma are required, with post-secondary education considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in front line customer service in recreation, hospitality or similar field.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal; friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist with membership sales and customer service operations.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for visitors and staff.
